about me

I am from the suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin where I grew up in a first-generation Chinese-Singaporean immigrant home developing my love for food, community, and solving puzzles.
The largest and most complex puzzle is that of seeking liberation for all.
As an Asian American femme scholar-practitioner, I am driven by the need to create a sustainably just world. My work is grounded in intersectional and transnational frameworks that expand beyond binaries and embrace the nuances and margins of society.
I am a passionate and driven leader, scholar, and DEI practitioner with 8 years of experience in race-centered training, group facilitation, program & project management, (un)learning, team-building, organization development, college advising, and higher education.
I would love to connect with you to help you build more socially just organizations and foster equitable change in our communities.
When I'm not on the job, I am deeply involved in the ultimate frisbee community and enjoy the outdoors, travelling, food, and practicing yoga and aerial arts.
